Southgate Tower Hotel

New York, NY

The Southgate Tower Hotel Master Plan includes rethinking the ground floor space of the Grand Hotel built in the 1920′s.

Originally the Governor Clinton Hotel, the Southgate Tower Hotel was designed in the Art Deco era. The Building is particularly important today as this area in Manhattan, adjacent to Madison Square Garden, is experiencing a rebirth. The design intent is for the Southgate Tower Hotel to share in this exciting progress.

The program includes the redevelopment of the public spaces on all floors. This includes the restaurant, conference rooms and health club facilities as well as an additional floor dedicated to the sales and general management.
